ইস্টার্ন আইটি থেকে পণ্য কেনার আগে ক্রেতার জন্য নিচের ওয়ারেন্টি নিয়মাবলী পড়ে নেয়া জরুরী। কারণ কোন পণ্য বিক্রির সাথে সাথে ধরে নেয়া হবে যে এই নিয়মাবলীর প্রতিটি শর্ত ক্রেতা মেনে নিচ্ছেন। পণ্য বিক্রির সময় যে সমস্ত প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি ঘোষণা করা হয় সেগুলো মুলত "ম্যানুফেকচারিং ওয়ারেন্টি"। অর্থাৎ বিক্রিত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির দায়িত্ব নির্মাতা তথা মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানি বহন করে থাকে। প্রতিটি ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে যা তাদের নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইটে পরিষ্কারভাবে উল্লেখ করে রেখেছে। এক্ষেত্রে ইস্টার্ন আইটি পণ্যটি ক্রেতার কাছে বিক্রি করছে মাত্র এবং মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানির ওয়ারেন্টি শর্ত কার্যকরী করার ক্ষেত্রে সহযোগিতা করছে। প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্ধারিত ওয়ারেন্টির সাধারণ শর্তাবলী: • বিক্রিত সকল পণ্যতেই ওয়ারেন্টি নেই। যে পণ্যগুলোর বিপরীতে ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদ ঘোষণা করা আছে শুধুমাত্র ঐ পণ্যগুলই ঘোষিত মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধার আওতাভুক্ত থাকবে। • প্রডাক্ট লাইফ টাইম ওয়ারেন্টির ক্ষেত্রে যতদিন প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান তথা মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানি পণ্যটি উৎপাদন অব্যাহত রাখবে ততদিন ক্রেতা প্রডাক্ট লাইফ টাইম ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা পাবে। যদি পণ্যটির উৎপাদন বন্ধ হয়ে যায় তাহলে পণ্যটি ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ বছর মেয়াদের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত থাকবে। • ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত কোন পণ্য বিক্রির পর যদি তাতে ত্রুটি ধরা পড়ে, তবে মেরামতের মাধ্যমে সেই ত্রুটি সারিয়ে দেয়া হয়। • কোন কারণে পণ্যটি মেরামত করার অযোগ্য হলে একই মডেলের অন্য আরেকটি পণ্য দিয়ে বদলে দেয়া হতে পারে। • একই মডেলের পণ্য বদলে দেবার মতন না থেকে থাকলে "ইস্টার্ন আইটি "র কাছে আছে এমন অন্য কোন ব্র্যান্ডের সমমানের পণ্য দিয়ে বদলে দেয়া হতে পারে। • একদিকে মেরামতের অযোগ্য আবার বদলে দেবার মতন একই কিংবা সমমানের পণ্য যদি "ইস্টার্ন আইটি "র কাছে না থাকে তবে তার চেয়েও উচ্চতর কোন পণ্য দেয়া যেতে পারে। • মেরামত বা বদলে দেবার মতন উল্লেখিত পণ্য "ইস্টার্ন আইটি "র কাছে না থেকে থাকলে ক্রেতাকে তার ক্রয় মূল্যের অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে। • ক্রেতা যখন পণ্যটি ব্যবহার করবেন তখন কিংবা "ইস্টার্ন আইটি " সার্ভিসের সময় যদি কোন সফটওয়্যার বা ডাটা নষ্ট কিংবা হারিয়ে যায় তার জন্য "ইস্টার্ন আইটি " কোন দায়িত্ব নিবে না। এক্ষেত্রে ডাটা পুনরুদ্ধার বা সফটওয়্যার পুনস্থাপনের কাজের দায়িত্ত্বও "ইস্টার্ন আইটি "র উপর বর্তাবে না। • অসতর্ক ব্যাবহার, পানিতে ভিজে যাওয়া, উপর থেকে পড়ে যাওয়া, পুড়ে যাওয়া, আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত হওয়া প্রভৃতি কারণে কোন ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না। • ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেয়া কোন মেরামতের কাজ কতদিনের মাঝে সমাধান করে ফেরত দেয়া যাবে তা নিশ্চিত করে উল্লেখ করা যায় না। তা ৪/৫ দিনের মাঝেই সমাধান হতে পারে কিংবা আরও অনেক বেশী দিন সময় লেগে যেতে পারে। কারণ কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে মেরামতের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্রাংশ বিশেষভাবে আমদানী করে আনতে হয় যা ৪৫ দিন পর্যন্তও সময় নিয়ে থাকে। • বিক্রির সময় যে কম্পিউটার সেটআপ ও অপারেটিং সিস্টেম কাস্টমাইজেশন করে দেয়া হয় তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকে না। • ল্যাপটপ, ডেস্কটপ কিংবা কোন পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় "ইস্টার্ন আইটি " কোন প্রকারের পাসওয়ার্ড কিংবা সিকিউরিটি কোড প্রয়োগ করে না। ল্যাপটপ, ডেস্কটপ বা অন্য যেকোন ডিভাইসে BIOS পাসওয়ার্ড এর সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে। এটা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না। • ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাধীন নয় এমন যেকোন সার্ভিসের জন্য "ইস্টার্ন আইটি " মূল্য ধার্য করতে পারবে যা ক্রেতার সম্মতি সাপেক্ষে কার্যকরী করা হবে। • কার্টিজ, টোনার, হেড, রোলার, ড্রাম, এলিমেন্ট কাভার ইত্যাদি যন্ত্রাংশ ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না। • প্রিন্টার এর সাথে অরিজিনাল টোনার, কার্টিজ ব্যাবহার না করলে প্রিন্টারটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পরবে না। • প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত কালি, ইংক কার্টিজ বা টোনার কার্টিজ ছাড়া অন্য কালি, ইংক কার্টিজ বা টোনার কার্টিজ ব্যবহার করলে প্রিন্টারটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না। • মেইনবোর্ড, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড এবং র‌্যাম এর গায়ে ফাংগাস বা মরিচা থাকলে উক্ত মেইনবোর্ড, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড বা র‌্যাম ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না। • গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড দিয়ে যদি ডাটা মাইনিং এর কাজ করা হয় তাহলে উক্ত গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড'টি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না। • মনিটর বা ডিসপ্লে’তে ১ থেকে ৩টি পর্যন্ত ডট হলে ওয়ারেন্টির দাবি গ্রহণ করা হয় না। ৪টি বা তার অধিক ডট হলে ক্রেতা ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে পারবেন। • মাদারবোর্ড এবং প্রসেসর এর ক্ষেত্রে এক বা একাধিক পিন সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক ভাঙ্গা, বাঁকা বা বিকৃত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে পণ্যটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না। • প্রসেসরের সাথে সর্বরাহকৃত ফ্রি কুলিং ফ্যানের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না। • কোন পণ্যের সিরিয়াল/সিরিয়াল স্টিকার আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণরূপে মুছে গেলে, উঠে গেলে বা যেকোন কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে পণ্যটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না। • কম্বো (যুগল) কিবোর্ড-মাউস (যে সব কিবোর্ড-মাউস একসাথে বান্ডেল হিসেবে বিক্রি হয়) এর ক্ষেত্রে কিবোর্ড বা মাউস যেটাই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হোক না কেন কিবোর্ড-মাউস এবং এর আনুসাঙ্গিক এক্সেসরিজ সমেত ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে হবে। © EASTERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED | DEVELOPE

Return & Replacement

You may return product if you find any manufacturing problem in it. You have 3 calendar days after delivery to return us the product. If it does not reach our office within 3 days it will be considered as a warranty issue. The product should be returned with box and other included accessories. It has to be claimed by physically coming to the relative branch of Eastern IT.
