Online Delivery

  • Delivery through courier service is available across all regions of Bangladesh.

  • For online delivery, delivery/courier charges are applicable.

  • If a free shipping offer is available, the customer will not pay delivery charges. However, in case of product return, the customer must bear the return delivery cost.

  • For courier-based deliveries, full advance payment of the product price is required to confirm the order.

  • The full courier charge must be borne by the customer.

  • In certain areas where delivery van entry requires extra charges (e.g., Baridhara DOHS, Mirpur DOHS), the fee must be paid by the customer and will be added to the bill.

  • Delivery time for online orders is typically 1 to 3 days, but may take longer in some cases.

  • Customers must complete payment within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation SMS. If payment is delayed, the product may go out of stock or the price may change.

  • If the ordered product is out of stock, with customer consent, the product may be replaced or the payment refunded.

  • Delivery to specific flats is temporarily unavailable. Customers must collect products from the building’s main gate.

  • For international payments, customers must send:

    • A clear photo of the payment card (showing the first and last 4 digits), and

    • A valid ID of the cardholder (National ID / Driving License / Passport)
      to our official email or Facebook page.

  • No EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) option is available for international cards.

  • In case of a technical error on the website where a product’s price does not match the current market price or Maximum Retail Price (MRP), Eastern IT reserves the right to cancel the order with or without prior notice.
